OK so i recently looked at my iStat Pro widget and i found that a process named Wineloader was running, making my CPU work at 50% I've never seen this process before and it's making my lappie run hot. is there any way to stop it?

Have you tried rebooting?
Have you tried killing the process via Activity Monitor?

Did you install any software lately?
Is wineloader in your user's startup list?
