Weird progress bar when rebooting

I rebooted my iPhone 4 running 4.3.1 jailbroken with redsn0w this morning, it went as normal but then brought up a progress bar like it does when upgrading, that persisted even once my phone booted and was operational, eventually once I turned the screen off and back on it went away but it was very odd, has anyone seen that behavior before?

Yea I saw that happen on my iPad on 4.3 so I am assuming it is normal. I don't recall seeing it on my other devices.

My iPad on 4.3.1 did that as well. Must be an artifact from the JB or something like that.
