macOS Weird question about notification center / continuity.

Is there an API out there or some method to read the text of an active notification popup?

Ex: I would like to read the title of a notification popup that has an incoming call. (Continuity)

Is such a thing possible?

If what you want isn't there, the search terms I used for the above were:
mac remote notification
mac push notification

If you omit mac, the search results are dominated by iOS data.
