weird safari page screw-up

ah I don't understand why it isn't showing up? basically it's just like repeating squares, the square being a piece of the web page that's afflicted. so if I go onto google.com or something, a piece of the blue "g" will be like pasted onto this small white square, which repeats all over the Safari page. does this make sense?
