Weird scratches Epson 3880

Hello!

Anyone know what's causing these?

Lightroom 5.3
OSX 10.9.2
USB connection.
I do have low black inks... But it also happened intermittently with new inks.
I use canson 310 bayyta and 210 ragshot mainly.
This picture shows it worse by far than it's ever been. Normally it's about 2cm square and much more faded.
