So I moved an iphoto library for a family friend from the mbp's hard drive to an external hard drive. The screensaver it is setup to shuffle the photos but now since it was moved there are weird shapes and even money faces that appear on the pictures. Has anyone heard of this. I haven't not gone over to see this yet and I have done some searches and found nothing about it.

    Any ideas?

You'll want to check to make sure that the screensaver is still looking in the right folder after you moved them. It may have been confused when you moved the photos.

Its the right folder because the pictures are coming up its just that these objects are on top of the pictures.

If you're sure it is looking in the right folder, try setting up the screen saver in another account and see if it results in the same screensaver. If it doesn't occur in the other account then it is a software problem in the main account.
