iPhone 7/Plus Weird square box

This box popped up on my fiances iPhone 7plus today and I wasn't sure what it was called so I couldn't find it anywhere and ide like to know what it is. It will not go away any information would help! Thanks!

Looks like a "zoom" box. (used to magnify the area inside that box)
Go into settings/General/Accessibiliity, and turn Zoom off.
