I have a 13 Pro that I got on release day. No real issues so far and really like it over the 12 Pro I had, particularly with battery life.

I was looking through the settings tonight and found something really strange to me.

It says that I have 292.62 GB of available space but only 256 GB of capacity (it is a 256 GB model).

When I went to storage it is showing “zero KB of 256 GB used” even though I clearly have apps, etc. in the phone.

Anyone ever come across this before? I’ve never seen this before on any of the iPhones I’ve ever had.

See photos for screenshots.

It is a known issue in iOS 15. Some are seeing 0KB storage used when clearly the storage map shows storage used but not being calculated properly. What you are seeing is just another variation of that same bug.

Glad you posted this! Was wondering if it was an issue of having migrated from an older iPhone (and I was considering a clean reset)

Gotcha. Thanks.
