The log shows a restart (reboot), then about 9hrs later it woke up. The "PMU FORCED SHUTDOWN, CAUSE -122" is meant to indicate an external power supply failure (UPS/Wall)

Otherwise looks pretty normal. I'm guessing the question really is "how did it restart itself?"

My first thought is you had a power failure, and the machine was set to "Restart automatically after a power failure". You can find this setting in System>Preferences>Energy Saver "Options" (for Power Adapter)

(assuming this is a desktop Mac)

Hope this helps.

Is this a G5?

edit: if it continues to happen, try resetting the PMU or SMU, depending on model

thank you.
What about this line?:

why is this in my local host? it's not me.

The flavor of UNIX OS-X is based on is derived from BSD UNIX. BSD: Berkely Software Distribution, Berkely being a UC :)
