When watching a Youtube video in HD, sometimes this'll happen and the menu bar will get all purple and fuzzy. Is this because I've damaged by graphics card by gaming and such?

You can't damage your card from gaming. Your card is most likely over heating what are your temps
Still getting stuff like this. I think it's when I start watching a Youtube video most of the time.
