Weird video issue only in safari

Anyone seen an issue like this video? In safari only when I scroll I get weird lines at the top of the window. Its not anywhere else. It started out of the blue.

Any tips are appreciated! Its a mid 2012 MBA. Its driving me nuts!

Disregard, I did a OS update and its resolved. Should've tried that first. DUH
