Ok strange question having two separate issues with two different macbooks at two different locations. Basically two students are trying to access their college's blackboard login page.

I can get half the page to load but the login part will not load. Here is the strange part of the problem. One of the students has a desktop at her house which will connect fine to the site but the laptop that is on the same network will not. The desktop is a PC but I use safari on it to test for the same results. I even took the cable that was hooked up to the PC and connected to the macbook with the same result. Do you think its something on the college's end?
I'm trying to eliminate all possible solutions before I accuse them of it being on their side.
I've tried it on my macbook pro at my house and the page loads fine but haven't had a chance to check it at their locations.
