Weird Window thing after 10.8.3...

I know this is probably very obsessive but did anyone notice that when you drag a window beyond the top menubar it now goes past it and bounces back? When previously it wouldn't allow the window to go through the Bar...

I find this very annoying...

Just checked with my MBP 15" early 2011 running 10.8.3 but it seems that I'm not experiencing the issue.

This happened in previous ML versions as well (including 10.8.2), it happens randomly and doesn't effect anything.

After installing 10.8.3 on my 2012 13'' MBA the menu bar jitters when I use the 4-finger swipe to go to the next desktop. This did not happen with 10.8.2.
