In the UK it is quite common for a certain network to get an exclusive on a particular colour of a phone. Nokia do it all the time. Maybe, just maybe, Vodafone, for example, have got the white for a month before the rest.

I was able to Reserve an iPhone for pickup at the store on apples website but have yet to get a conformation email. I'm going to be super pissed if I don't get one come release date and I reserved one online.
