They're sold out on the pre-orders - maybe another batch later apparently


They're also correcting the iPhone accessory pricing.

Apparently the rest of the store will be functional, but slower than usual.

They're asking for our patience during this overwhelming demand!

Considering apple started pre-orders at 1am, I think they must at least have enough to sell till noon today.

I was able to Reserve an iPhone for pickup at the store on apples website but have yet to get a conformation email. I'm going to be super pissed if I don't get one come release date and I reserved one online.

I got my email after about 20 minutes. It says explicitly on there that my iPhone will be there 7:00am on the 24th. If it's not I'm gonna want some free stuff.

I thought I would go to bed but I'm anxious to see how Apple is handling this.

I don't understand how a company would even sell out of phone that isn't even released yet. If demand on pre-order's increase, it would give apple no other option but to make those extra orders, not give up on them, it just wouldn't be good business.
