iPhone 12 Pro Max Well I Did It!

For the longest time I said that I was not going to get the 12 Pro Max and this past weekend I did. I left Sprint/T-Mobile, joined ATT and grabbed a Pacific Blue iPhone 12 Pro Max 256GB. I also grabbed a blue Apple Watch Series 6. To be honest I didn't think I was going to be wowed by the phone being that I came from the 11 Pro Max but I am. Minor differences but the camera stands out as well as the display. Kind of glad I got new devices in both categories. This only showed me that I need to stop saying what I will and won't do when it comes to upgrading to the newest devices that Apple has to offer.

Awesome choice OP! I think I’ll be going Max next year when the 120Hz screens are implemented. My PB Pro is now “preparing for shipment” and I can’t wait to see it in person. 👍

iPhone Pro Max and all iPhones line up is probably the best one Apple has offered. I think many people are well satisfied and happy with it.

Agreed - never say never, as both technology and personal tastes change over time. Glad you made the leap, and hope you enjoy it - both the phone and the watch you chose are absolute beasts!!

I am oddly enjoying my 12 pro max more than any piece of tech that I have ever had. I use it a lot more than anything else. The flat screen and for factor are why. I am so glad that it isn't a thin long phone or have a screen that wraps around the edge.

Tried the max. Every time I looked at it, I thought: I can't believe they haven't gotten rid of this fugly notch yet! It can't be unseen. It's just there, all the time, a totally bad design.

The first iphone w/o a notch will render all previous models obsolete.

Also totally not thrilled w/ face ID. So what's the deal with having to swipe up every time the phone unlocks? Why not just take me directly to the home screen?
