Didn’t fix the activity issues. Workouts still not showing on my phone.

Anyone have a sense of how widespread this is?

I'm still on iOS 13 as I tend to wait for the x.0.1 releases these days. Kinda don't want to get bit by having new workouts not show up on the phone.

Any fix yet on beta 7.1 watch glitch?
After installed 7.1, all new faces where wiped out..so I’ve been waiting for a recent update.

I'd probably suggest checking in the Apple Developer Forums for the best/most-current info regarding non-public betas.

That's not a glitch. The 7.1 beta is/was on a different release track than the 7.0 GM. More or less, the 7.1 beta features were locked before the GM was released, so it only represents content and functions that were available in the 7.0 betas.

the update did not fix my missing ECG app either.
What happens when you go to the App store on the watch and download the Apple ECG app?

Installing it now. Interesting that it says that it fixes an issue where some credit cards were disabled. That is exactly what happened to me on my Citi card. All others were fine. I will report back after install complete and attempt again to "add" the card.
UPDATE: Well that did NOT fix anything. Got same error - card not added, contact vendor. Good luck with that. Citi is clueless.
SECOND UPDATE: Rather than have a pointless conversation with techs reading from a script, I WAS able to get the card installed by going back into the Citi App on my iPhone and adding that way. Phew.

It's not just new workouts; old GPS data disappeared from my Activity app, too. This update doesn't fix it or my the battery issues, apparently. 15 minutes after putting the newly updated watch on this morning and my batter had already dropped 5%.

Anyone else sitting at “preparing“ for a really long time on their 6?
How long do you consider "a really long time" to be?

I just updated to 14 (14.0.1), and it immediately insisted that I update my Series 5 to 7 or it would reset the Watch to factory and prevent me from using it. I'm stuck on "preparing," and wondering how long I should consider my devices to be out of commission for...

My watch just shows “loading...” on the activity compilation. Is that the issue your having? I also can’t get my heart rate. This just started happening yesterday and I updated when 7 came out.

Thanks.

I'm not concerned with old workouts, I use RunGap to sync my runs and such out to both Strava and Garmin websites. Just don't want to impact new stuff.

I'll give it until when my S6 arrives next week and cross my fingers.

Honestly, I don’t know. I didn’t time it, but it was stuck at “preparing” for minimum 25 minutes, would be my guess. But then the install started and blazed through in like a minute or so.

After the update yesterday my run from this morning showed up on the activity app but not the map. Also the workouts from the last few days did not populate on the activity app. Seems that this is not fixed.

Is anyone else getting an error when going to the update page?

Same issues for me with activities rings and GPS routes for native workout app-ever since the iOS14 update. Did the watch OS7 and didn’t help.. just got a S6 and oS7.1 and still not working. Worst OS update ever. My wife has no issues so no idea why... I’m on a IPhone 11pro and she is on a XS
