Looks like San Francisco, Austin, Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago, Miami, Portland, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Denver, Phoenix, and San Diego.

I live in Phoenix, I have no tatoos. My wife does. We've been here 23 years and she got all hers here.

Lots of tatoo shops out here.

I do have eight earrings in each ear though, but those aren't tatoos.

I have plenty of them myself... and I am close to one of those big cities in California.

I believe Detroit has a lot of tattoos as my cousins have a bunch of a tattoos and one of them is even a tattoo artist. As for me? None, I don't want to have anything that I will regret for the rest of my life. 🤣

I notice more tattoos on white people than Asians or Hispanic for some odd reason.
