Cool. Didn't know it had an elevator. Looking at another one of your pictures with you on some steps. I noticed trash left out front on both sides of the steps. Is that normal, to have trash out front like that?

Yup

This is NYC. Trash is part of the glory of the city.;)

I'm liking the night pics. I took a picture of it in the same spot as your first one while I was being all touristy like.

Glad you had a chance to visit. The good thing about that store is it's 24/7!

Oh gosh. Glad I don't have to put up with that. haha I can only imagine the smell on those nice warm days. So much for fresh air. haha :D

Fresh air is something I don't take for granted. Imagine being 5'1" on the subway in the summertime, when everyone around you has their arm up to hold onto the bars.

My life is filled with armpits.

The Apple store on fifth avenue or the cube is pointless to me. Too many tourists visit its like a zoo. I only go there late in the night when all the other Apple stores are closed. The Upper West Side one is more accessible.

Why hasn't some hater thrown a rock at it?

If I remember correctly, there aren't rocks near the Apple store at all.
I doubt people actually carry rocks with them. Anyways, the glass is really thick and I think there is security near the building too.

hope its not the same "strong" glass the iphone 4 is made of:eek:

LOL:D

I went there in '08, which was bad a decision (iPhone 3G launch), I barely made it inside and there was a ton of people waiting in line outside. outside. The glass staircase was cool, but the elevator wasn't working that day.

Here's a pic. You can see the line over there.
