Were to buy iMac g3's?

I've looked on ebay and craigslist but with no luck, I'm looking for a imac g3 for a little project of mine, anybody know were the secret stash of them is?

You are missing/leaving out a vital part of information... let's see if you figure out which it is 🙂
 
I will come into ownership of three today, PM me or reply below if you are interested in one and I would be happy to sell one for a low cost plus actual shipping. All have the original Apple keyboard and mouse.

Which iteration, color and configuration are you looking for?
 
Your location is important. Here in Florida, my local craigslist pretty much always has iMac G3s going for $20 or so. I actually picked up a free 600MHz Graphite model a few years ago from some guy that didn't want it. Even other old iMacs are going cheap here; a year or so ago, I picked up a near-pristene iMac G4 for $20.
 
Looking for (and this is all preferred I might do without)
Red
1ghz
512mb ram
bigger screen model
around $60

I am willing to trade some ps3 games, steam games , etc I also have some spare laptop ram, just send me a message

From those desired specs it sounds like you are really looking for an iMac G4 or iMac G5. The G3 never came in a 1GHZ, the highest was 700MHZ unless I am mistaken. Also, the screens will all be 14" CRT as they were built into the design, again, unless I am mistaken.

I believe you're thinking of the eMac, with those specs.

Good call, that would work too but it is still a G4. Methinks the OP needs a G4 or G5 machine.

OP - what do you need this for? You said a project but did not elaborate.
