Hi guys I am looking to upgrade my HDD with the Western Digital Scorpio 320GB, SATA, 5400 RPM hard drive (WD3200BEVT).

Could you tell me if this is a good HDD for a Macbook.....

If there is better please feel free to let me know....

Cheers

I've looked around, and this model will probably be the one that I get when I decide to upgrade my computer, unless a bigger capacity comes out in the future.

I've got one in my MBP and I have to say I'm really pleased with it. It's a lot quieter than the stock Hitachi that came with it, and I haven't had any problems with it since I threw it in.

Threw it in?

...any screws left over?
😕

I've got the same drive also (taken out of a WD Passport 320GB) and it performs phenomenally. I am absolutely satisfied by it in every way. It is fast, quiet, responsive, and obviously very large. Definitely get it.
