Western digital wireless

I have a western digital external hard drive , that I use for my time machine . Is there a way I can hook up an apple airport express to make it wireless . I just hate attempting to find the cable for the wd hard drive

Can't work : Airport Express does not support Time Machine.

AFAIK, the USB port of an Express only works for a printer.

Judging from some user comments I've read, just plug and play. You do have to set up Time Machine on your Mac and point it to the USB disk plugged into your AirPort Extreme.
