I plugged in a cable, that has been in water, before i took it. It has been plugged in a ipod touch 4g, who sadly now is hungry for some electricity, and wont charge from different pc's/cables. Tough, it DOES work. But doesn't react to usb. I know, it's shorted somewhere. But i just want some of you to calm me down. Could the water on the cable's contacts have damaged the LOGIC BOARD to death??? Because it's not that bad, if it's only the dock connection area, it is changeable. But i'm really scared, because it's out of warranty, and i don't want to buy a 5g. We went trough all the exams and all the other stuff together, with my poor 4g. Could it be THAT bad??? Could it be the motherboard??? Thank you, dear geeks, and physicians, and engineers.
