What 256GB SSD in uMBP 2012

Does anyone know what kind of SSD are used in the uMBP 2012?

Samsung 830 or Intel 520 or Thosiba? Whats the speed?

If I would do it on my own it would loose applecare right?

Sorry for bumping but I hardly beleive, that no one knows. I googled a good time but couldn't find it. So please if you know the facts - share them.

I'm guessing unibody...which is a really odd way of putting it, since they are ALL unibodys now. My retina has a samsung 830 chip in it. I think there is another out there tho...the classic model has a full enclosure Samsung 830 I believe.
