What about the 4 swipe patch in Snow Leopard?

I just remebered about the 4 swipe finger gesture patch that can be applied on older Macbooks, Air and Pros, like the Early 2008 model.

Does this patch work on Snow Leopard? Someone with a pre-release installed have already tried?

Four-finger swipe gestures will be automatically enabled on all Multi-Touch Macs with Snow Leopard...no hacks necessary.

This applies to machines released from 2008 onward, beginning with the original MacBook Air.
