Does anyone remember when the upgrade dates changed last time? I was coming from a 3G, so I was already eligible.

AT&T changed them a few days after the 4 announcement. It happened in between the announcement and the pre-order date.

Problem is, the keynote mentioned the upgrade dates being pushed up. This time, there is nothing.
