TB monitor, Magic mouse, Shell Case for scratches, Soft memory foam case for travel, small Thule backpack to carry extra stuff when you travel, magic touch pad twice as big as the one on the MBP. plus you get tired of using the magic mouse, spare charger and that will do it for the next six months.
Oh and might as well get and Iphone 5 with a new Vaja case, can't have and old phone with a new pc. its just chic and iPad with a drop proof case for times when you don't want to use the MBP. Lastly and apple TV box to relax after a long day shopping.

yep that'll get you through the next six months.

I won't need a desktop, or anything like that!

IWHat accessories would you recommend?
For what? What do you intend to do? What types of accessories are you looking for? What are your preferences regarding these accessories? Budget for each? These aren't one-size-fits-all matters. MBP users don't all have the same accessories.

Precisely why you need to provide more details on what you're looking for and your preferences in your OP. The better the info you provide the better the suggestions you'll get. If you really have no clue then spend some time reading this subforum and the peripherals subforum.
