What add-ons did WoW patch 3.2 break for you?

I noticed Carbonite stopped working for me. After checking some other forum posts it sounds like some people have it working, albeit with some bugs such as abandoned quests not deleted from quest list. I tried a few times to get it working, to no avail.

At that point I decided to install Questhelper, which seemed to have been updated shortly after the 3.2 patch release. Nice work! IMO the UI is simpler and cleaner but there is some functionality it doesn't have compared to Carbonite. At least QH doesn't have any weird map quirks that Carbonite has.

Auctioneer quit working for me.

A fellow guild member noted Sexymap quit working, also.

I would give it a few days for all the add-ons to be updated.

In the case of Carbonite, it has much more functionality then quest helper so there is much more that can break during patch time. More functionality equals much more work to update.

I'm a believer that you are losing money if you heavily rely on auctioneer. You are much better off watching the AH for a few weeks to determine when to buy or sell and at what price. I uninstalled it.


Edit: I just noticed that the latest version of Carbonite was released on 7/30/09. Were you using the latest version when you encountered problems ?

I have more addons that all appear as out-of-date but still seem to function properly including: CustomChat, Omen, Recount, MetaHUD MSBT... Carbonite seems to mostly be working for me-- but I can't be 100%. I didn't quest yesterday due to my bugged unitframes. ><
 
X-Perl conked out after installing the update. Kept getting LUA error messages regarding "GetDifficultyColor."

Someone on the worldofwarcraft.com forums gave a temporary fix, replacing "GetDifficultyColor" with "GetQuestDifficultyColor" in some of the X-Perl LUA files, but it really was temporary. Soon after, the error messages kept coming up every 5 seconds.

Yes, I have the latest Carbonite installed. I think we will just have to wait for an update.

I partially agree on your Auctioneer reservation; if undercutting is blindly trusted it will undercut the lower prices for an item and cost you a lot of potential profits. I find that Auctioneer still has a lot of functionality that decreases the amount of time spent at AH.
 
QuestHelper, Cartographer and Bagnon have all been updated and work properly. Auctioneer is broken for the time being.

I updated my QuestHelper, but I'm still getting some error messages. Oh well.

To add on, X-Perl, Recount, and Deadly Boss Mods have also been updated.
 
I had Auctioneer, Altoholic, QuestHelper, QuestGuru and Xbar conk out on me (no updates currently available for the first two) but they mysteriously started working again after I updated my other add-ons.

I am getting loads of LUA errors when scoping out my inventory, but nothing is broken per se. One of the less painful patches for me, all told.

Yup...noticed the exact same behavior with Auctioneer...now it works again. Strangely QuestHelper, updated, has crashed a few times during a dungeon.
