What all does Applecare cover?

Hey guys,
Just bought a 2.1ghz macbook from a local pawn shop that is still under Applecare until June 2011. My question is, what all exactly does Applecare cover and what have you guys had success in Applecare covering?

Applecare covers: if the computer breaks on its own they'll fix it for free, but if you break it or it looks like you broke it you're SOL. and if you do something in software to screw it up they'll talk you through it but won't fix it for you.
