I was just wonding if someone in here maybe knows what app has been used on this photo to make stripes/lines over it?
I do think that the same app makes dots over photos.

Any ideas?

FOUND A WAY TO DO IT IN PHOTOSHOP BY MAKING A TRANSPARANT LAYER AND ADDING LINES AND DOT'S PATTENS AND THEN EMAILING MYSELF THE PNG. 🙂 Thanks anyways guys!

Would help to kinda know what context the photo was in. Otherwise, you could just list all the Photoshops, Gimps etc.

All I know is that I found this picture on instagram, and this girl says she only uses her ipad/iphone to edit her photos. when I asked her about how she makes her lines on her photos she refuses to answer. :-/
