You think its image ready? Looks like it could be photoshop to me. I haven't seen PS7 yet, ordered it a day ago. But the layers, levels and character windows look simillar to PS6.

Oops, ok, next time I'll read more of the post. He might have had a whole 30 words to go through.

I agree with lemon and retract my post. It is Image Ready.

it is photoshop. image ready doesnt have the palette well nor file browser. and I have PS 7

why they made them separate programs...now that is a good question :D

i guess they mustve run out of room on the toolbar :D

he wasnt asking about the application that is running he was asking about the icon in the dock next to the photoshop icon. he knew the application runnning was photoshop because he got it from the photoshop page.

please people try reading the person's question before responding.

I'm just glad I wasn't the only one who made that mistake. I just got lucky enough to be the first.

Choppaface, Photoshop and Image Ready have always been two different programs. They just have buttons in the tool bar that allow you to transfer the working image back and forth. At least that's what it does in PS6, I'm sure the same thing happens in PS7

i had it with 5.5 and i'm pretty sure that's when they started bundling it... 5.5 was also when the "save for web" feature was born :)
