What app to check temp and fan speed?

Just curious as to what program you guys use to check your temps and fan speed?

My new Man Mini i5 is so quiet I am not even sure the fan is even running, so I wanted to check.

I know there are probably a few good programs, but I wanted to see what is the most popular with you guys.

Are there any free programs?

I don't need anything extravagant, just something to check temp and see what my fan speed is. I am not looking to play around with anything, just check a few things.

I second iStat menus. I've been using it for years on several macs and find it useful.
A handy feature is you can have it in your menu bar with drop down extras and it is easy to just glance at to see what's going on.
It's not free but is relatively inexpensive. It might even be cheaper to go direct through their website instead of the app store.
