Just upgraded to 4.2.1 and jb using GP. Hav just restored all my apps etc using PkgBackup and when it started up again i now have this default background which i cannot change through the normal settings.

I remember having to delete a couple of image .files before through SSH to get my normal background to show but cannot remember now what app/tweak is causing it and cannot see anything by browsing through the directories via SSH

Also if you can tell me which directory it is in as well would be much appreciated

It's probably the default wallpaper of one of your themes. Delete any "Wallpaper.png" from your theme folders.
