What APP will allow me to track how I spend my time on my phone/device?

I am wasting too much time on my phone and I want an app that will give me a detailed report of WHAT apps I am using and for HOW LONG I am using them. Ideally this information would be private to only me but at this point I would just like an APP that will give me a good report on how I spend my time on my phone. A voice that shamed me and told me to spend more time with my kids would be perfect. Any such app like that out there?

No one is even curious? C'mon. How is it possible...

How is it possible that there is no app to help us track out time in a graph on these devices?? And how is it possible no one even thinks it's a little strange that such an app has not been made.

Developers?? Free idea.
