what application has my shortcut?

A shortcut has been stolen from finder by some application, but I can't figure out which one.

Is there a way to figure out what application, and possibly what command has a certain shortcut?

(I'm pretty sure this has been answered before, tried google search but couldn't find anything. Must be a bad search term. Forgive.)

Maybe initiating the shortcut will bring up the application that stole it? 😕
