What apps do you guys use for privacy, security, browsing or simply back up?

Hello guys

Has the iPad been secure for you?
Apples recent security breach was a surprise and no surprise considering they hired an ex NSA agent as head of Cyber Security, well not yet anyway.

So what apps would you recommend if one wanted to
-browse the net privately, proxy, undetected while traveling.
(helps to see sites blocked in certain countries)
-store my login credentials data, log in credentials. (so far 1password for ipad works)
-can hackers actually see hat we do on our ipads?. (possible?)
