Ive seen some Craigslist ads in Maryland for around $200-$300 above retail.

Yeah I am fully expecting the average to be about 200 above retail. I think that seems very fair IMO. Although rare, we will hear about instances of iPads being sold for 500-1000 above retail as well I have no doubt. Again, that's very rare and expect the average around $200 above retail, maybe a tad more.
