I've had the 4S for around 16 days now and problems with the phone still persist, is there any way I will receive my money back or will they insist upon repairing it?
Yeah, I was wondering if the staff would allow some lee-way and the problems are associated with the network, I'm not receiving texts/calls until days later and I am frequently unable to make calls due to the phone disabling the ability to do so (the call button does not respond), the network signal bar freezes too.
You might have a defective device.
Bring it in and they will replace it.
Also try a restore and setup as new to see if those bugs are software related to your backup file.
