What are safe temps, unsafe temps?

When using istat pro...how do you know which temps are safe? My MBP seems to run pretty hot on the left side of the keyboard after a few hours of use. My current temps are:
HD: 36
CPU: 61
CPU Heatsink: 56
Enclosure base: 35
Enclosure base 2: 35
Enclosure base 3: 35
Enclosure base 4: 36
GPU: 60

Fans
Left: 2585 rpm
RIght: 2584 rpm

CPU and GPU have a tolerance temperature of 105 deg C. Anything under it is fine.
