My favorite is the Apple Store app. You have to click on the Pre-Order button and see if you win a spot on their server to actually reserve the iPhone 4. Very addicting!
I really like doodle jump, flight control and plants vs. zombies. This thread is such a nice break from all of the OMG WHY CAN'T I PREORDER threads!
