I like Sterling.

It's not as minimalist as haze, but it's pretty sleek. Easiest budget-planning software I've used anyway. Use it once a week or so, but it's the most recent app that impressed me.

Thermo Diem (free) is about as minimal as you can get, comes with iOS 8 widget too:
