Thinking of getting M2 Pro Mac Mini and would like to know what are the most common BT issues people say the Mac Mini is plagued with. As of now, I only have MX3 Logitech mouse as my only BT device (and sometimes Airpods) but in the future I would like to get maybe the wireless Apple keyboard.
What issues can I expect, please?

As far as I know, the only known issues happen if you have a large amount of devices connected to your mac (example, streaming to TV, using a bluetooth keyboard and mouse, second display, and bluetooth speakers). Judging by your uses you will be fine.

I see, so having 2-3 devices seem to be ok then. Good to know, thank you

Bluetooth is a "weak signal" radio technology.
So... it's not "strong" to begin with, and it seems that it can easily be "interfered" with.

I would suggest that if you have a choice between a bt connection and something else... to use... something else (if possible, I realize it's not always possible).

I wouldn't recommend a wireless keyboard. Wired is better.

Freida: didn't the Logitech mouse come with a "unifying receiver" USB plug-in?
If so, THAT'S what works best with it.

I would have to get the box out but I think it did.

Btw, the Apple keyboard with touchID, can it be wired?

The biggest issue with Bluetooth items on the Mac mini, is interference from USB 3 devices attached to the mini. I assume it has to do with the close proximity of everything… but USB 3 will definitely play havoc with the 2.4GHz band where Bluetooth lives. I don’t personally have any trouble from my mouse or keyboard, but I could see audio being a problem for sure.

Due to the all metal housing, Bluetooth is never been great on the Mac mini. I don't remember it effecting my Magic and keyboard, but I had trouble with one of my Logitech mice. I've seen posts where people said it was better if they stood the Mac mini on it's side. That would make sense because the only plastic is on the bottom.

In this video he mentions it about the M2 Pro mini. Notice how he has the mini on top of his Mac Studio. That could be contributing to the issue. It's mentioned at 4 min 30 seconds if the link doesn't take you right to that spot.
