What are the chances of delivery dates being pushed up?

I got in at around 3:03ish but wasn't able to complete the order until 3:06, got a Nov 17-24 delivery date on my set of 256GB's. At this point I just want to here some positive stories about how, in years past, they have had later delivery days but it actually got pushed up.

Last year for the 7 plus I ran into the same issue, my shipping dates were a few weeks after launch but I got it only 4-5 days after launch so I was excited.
 
Highly unlikely, but one can only hope, I'm in your boat too. I can see why they didn't allow unlocked phones to be sold to avoid scalpers but i'm on a prepaid with ATT so i had to with a T-Mobile model which allowed to buy outright.

I ordered a T mobile space gray 256 gb and was initially given an 11/10-11/17 delivery date. I just got bumped to an 11/3 delivery!

Co-worker pre-ordered and received a November 10th ship date. About 5 min ago he refreshed the status and his order now has a November 3rd ship date.

So... i would say its possible to get pushed up...

One could dream...just refreshed mine is still 11/17

Hey as you can see in a couple other forums the initial T-Mobile batch of phones that were scheduled for 10th to 17th delivery are slowly being bumped up to the 3rd!

Mine just got bumped up as well.

Indeed. You’d be infinitely wiser to just return it. eBay is going to be ripe with scammers about now.

I'm going to list it on Craigslist/Offerup for the 14 day return period to attempt to get something for them...worst case I just return them and try again next year.

IIRC, people were continuously getting bumped throughout the week leading up to the launch day in previous years.

Not positive if that was actually the case, but you can probably dig through last years’ threads and see what was happening.
 
My initial order for my 256GB silver (GSM) said Nov 10-14 but logging in it now says "Order in progress - Delivers Nov 3" Crossing my fingers
