Late 20s, decent shape, good income, drives a Bentley, lives in a pretty nice spacious condo in a high rise, wears nice clothes, very generous with gifts, has been on dates with models in the past.

Would a person like that be able to make friends, date models, and live relatively well in LA?

If not real models, then girls who look just a good lol :)

As someone who is in their early 30s, declining shape, good income, doesn’t drive a Bentley, lives in a nice house 1 hour away from LA, wears clothes that work (blue jeans/polo), .... I’ve made friends but I definitely haven’t dated models so, I guess I can’t help you there. I’ve already found an amazing girl whom I’ve spent 7 years married to and am planning on spending the rest of my life with. Call me a pessimist but I think you’re setting yourself up for failure if you think the above is “living relatively well.”

Your forum threads continue to amaze me. :)

I am going to give you a real piece of advice.
Cool guys that get the models you talk about - which is a type of girl I would stay as far as possible, no matter how hot - don't ask these questions on a forum. They are usually outside:
  1. Building a business
  2. Working out
  3. Showing off
  4. Networking

Sure why not, but how does that help you?

(Sorry for being honest. I’ve got jet lag.)

I fail to see any relevance in your first paragraph to the answer of the question in your second.

Another unutterably predictable threat from the OP, instancing income, cars, "hot" models, and similar concerns.

What does the silly stuff in the first sentence have to do with LA?

What is wrong with Wall Street?

Well...with a Bentley...pretty much no chance.

Ya, how many Bentleys are there in LA. I think they are more a Porsche city.

And "friends" probably not, as they would only like you for your money and stab you in the back in a heartbeat,

I bet you could make it in Compton though. You know, like they comp you in Vegas, same thing in Compton.

Mainly just bc of status. The g is more respected bc it’s nicer and costs more
I know plenty of people who have money and are not nicer or more respected.

If you really want to be respected you need a private jet, or a yacht, with a helipad.

Makes it in LA? Sure. Manages to live a life that's not miserable and characterized by gnawing feelings of inadequacy and paranoia that your friends really aren't your friends? Outta luck buddy.

I know... I know... askin for a friend.
