What are the qualifications for work at Apple store?

I'm only 16, but the apple store is like a dream job for me, until im out of college (have to work at best buy instead 🙁 ) But anyways, do you think if i wrote steve and asked him real nice, that he might let me get a job there? 😀

c'mon steve i got mac dreams....
