What are the steps to check tracking on ups.com or fed ex

hey so after a long wait wait my 38mm space grey is finally shipping but i didn't get tracking want to know if i can look up on ups but i dont remember the steps anyone know?

Step 1. Receive tracking number from Apple.

Step 2. Click on link in email.

Step 3....there is no step 3.

Select the option to track by reference number and user your phone number (with no dashes) as the reference number
