What are these blue arrows?

When I rotate my iPhone 6 with the keyboard open, I see a flash of something extra off the screen. I took a screen capture of it and it's 2 blue arrows.

I wonder why they're there. Has anyone else noticed this?

They are curser forward and back

That's pretty strange how they're hanging off the screen though. It looks like a bug that needs fixing.
