What Are These (In iCloud)?

I just went into manage my iCloud storage and saw a few weird things without icons and had a few questions.

- What is TextInput? (Because I deleted it)
- What is Secure? (Has no icon in the first picture)
- What is Profile? (Has no icon in the first picture)

In my second picture it shows that I cannot delete an iCloud backup I was FORCED to do at the Apple Store (even though I told the lady I already did it to my computer)...how do I get it deleted?
