iPad What are these strange icons in the upper left corner of my iPad?

Had s similar issue once. Found this pic from when I took a screenshot of it:

My guess would be that this is just a bug. For me the issue disappeared as suddenly as it appeared

Crazy! Now that you showed that, I recall this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've seen this glitch, and one of them looked more like yours than the one I posted above.

So strange. I'm running 13.3.1

I had this issue in an older version of iOS (the pic from above is from October 2019). Apparently it's still not fixed.
