Spoon Man..

Saw them last month. They are freaking excellent live. Only complaint.. they hardly played anything from Low or Demonic. Ugghhhh... But they did play a lot off of New Order and the legacy album.

Freaking rocked...

But what your playing has made me wanna play this...

Strapping Young Lass - Hope

When I saw them a few months back it seemed as if they purposely avoided songs which James Murphy handled the solos on. Namely Low and Demonic. :(

Yeah i erd that mate :( i'll let you guys know what they do and dont play.

Just added to my Spotify play queue. :)

How was Monday's gig?

Freakin' awesome!!

Darren Aronofsky introduced him.
Clint, band* and Sonus Quartet played for around 2 hours. Talked about each soundtrack. He was really nervous, obviously not used to "polite" audiences.

* the sound designer from Pi, RFAD etc on bass, Kevin Haskins on drums and I didn't catch the guitarist's name.

Recently got back into listening to these guys... especially this album. Listening to 'Evergreen' at the moment. 'Angel At My Table,' 'Red Chord,' 'Say It To Me Now,' and the title song 'Fitzcarraldo' are all great...
